We submit patient Invoice electronically and (or) by mail to ensure patients pay their responsibility, upon receiving payment from insurance payer.

J Medical Solutions LLC has a secured dedicated telephone line in which patients can contact a live representative and discuss their patient responsibility. HIPAA Compliant.

For any reason, if a patient is struggling to make a payment on a high balance, we offer payment plans that fit their budget. If the patient is unwilling to make a payment and not cooperating, we have a dedicated collection company who is dedicated to resolve the unpaid balance.
