J Medical Solutions LLC has a dedicated telephone line in which patients can contact a live representative who can discuss and go over their patient responsibility.

For any reason, if a patient is struggling to make a payment on a high balance, we offer payment plans that fit their budget. If the patient is unwilling to make a payment and not cooperating, we have a dedicated collection company who is dedicated to resolve the unpaid balance.
